The price shown is without taxes.

Non-resident guests are exempt from VAT.

Resident guests must pay an additional 10% VAT on top of the rate between November 16th and Easter Sunday. The rest of the year, the rate is exempt.

It will be mandatory to present an identity document that proves resident/non-resident status.

The establishment is a smoke-free space; failure to comply with these regulations will result in the guest being refused admission and the reservation being cancelled.

Payment is in USD (US dollars), and can be made in Uruguayan pesos or Brazilian reals, depending on the exchange rate established by the hotel at the time of payment. Most international and domestic credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), bank transfers, and cash are accepted.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

The pool is unfenced and must be used at your own risk. Those staying with minors must be responsible at all times. The property will establish service hours and may close or limit services for maintenance or security reasons.

Parking is available outside the property with limited capacity; street parking is easy and convenient in the area.

The area is very safe.
